Large/Small Truck Driver Assistant

(3.5T/17T)

(1) Cooperate with customers and supervisors at all levels to arrange delivery and ensure the safety of people and vehicles

(2) Operate and use tallying/counting, loading/unloading stackers

(3) Have a driver’s license for vehicles of 3.5 tons to 17 tons

(4) Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition

(1) Sample delivery measurement

(2) IQC/OQ/IPQC/on-site inspection

(3) Supplier feedback, abnormal cause analysis in the factory

(4) Assisting the supervisor to collaborate with customers, 8D report writing

(5) Deliver and track items assigned by supervisor or customers

(6) Problem feedback and countermeasures

(7) Mold, industrial engineering, machinery and business management related degrees required

On-site Machine Operator

(1) Responsible for the operation of the production line machines and equipment, confirm normal operation and accuracy of the mechanical operation, and make adjustments when necessary

(2) Fill in the production report to check the distance from the production target

(3) Maintain normal operation of the machine, on-site cleaning and maintenance

(4) Product packaging operations and logistics handling, etc.

(5) Complete the relevant product and process flow matters assigned by the supervisor, carry out processing and manufacturing according to the production schedule, and work with the production schedule

Production Line Management Trainee

(1) Machine operation control and troubleshooting

(2) Setting up molds, adjusting molds, daily inspections and preliminary analysis of abnormal conditions

(3) Coordinating with operators to meet program standards and production schedules

(4) Regularly updating through ERP system for on-site production progress

(5) Control raw materials, equipment and human resources, control production costs, and improve production efficiency

(6) Maintain good communication with the R&D department to explain the progress across departments on the product
